SERVICE AND PARTS SUPERVISOR

Preferably has Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any equivalent course

With at least three (3) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Preferably has at least 2 years in Supervisory role
-
Computer Literate and with knowledge in Microsoft application
-
Must have extensive experience in the automotive aftersales operations, especially in handling the service group operations of a car / truck / bus dealership
-
Must be proficient in technical repair works
-
Must have excellent customer handling skills
-
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategy and results to staff members and up to the highest level of the organization.

Takes initiative, is proactive, self-motivated and results-driven

Can develop others: ability to coach, mentor or help others to improve their knowledge, skill and abilities
-
With strong business sense; ensures the department maintains the highest possible standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
-
Preferably knows how to drive and with driver’s license
SALES EXECUTIVES
-
Graduate of any 2 year or 4 year course
-
Experience in sales/ other automotive dealership is an advantage
-
With good interpersonal skills

Preferably knows how to drive and with driver’s license

Fresh Graduates may be considered as long as with potential
SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Graduate of Automotive course
-
Must be NCII Certified
-
Automotive experience is required (At least 1 year experience)

Preferably knows how to drive and with driver’s license

Fresh Graduates may be considered as long as with potential
HUMAN RESOURCE / ADMIN ASSOCIATE

Graduate of any 4 year course preferably BS/BA Psychology / Human Resource Management and / or its equivalent

Preferably have at least 1 year of experience

Must possess strong interpersonal skills

With good oral and written communication skills

Computer literate and with knowledge in Microsoft applications

Keen on details and with time management skills

Knowledgeable in different HR Facets and Labor Code

Preferably knows how to drive and with Driver’s License
